Yoga with Coral Bloom In-Person
Drop in for this yoga class presented by Coral Bloom Wellness. It is ideal for beginners. Hatha yoga offers a way to calm the mind and open the heart. We'll cover meditation, breath control, and balancing poses. Bring your yoga mat, or we have some available, and invite a friend! For adults—no registration required!
