Freeze Drying In-Person
Learn the fundamentals of using home freeze-drying equipment for food preservation, covering equipment, process, and storage. This is great for beginners who want to learn how to preserve using a freeze dryer, or for those considering buying one. The class will include samples and a coupon for one use of the freeze-dryer at the Extension Office. For adults. You don’t need to register.
