Maker Lab at Troy-Miami County Public Library
To submit a reservation for a room, select the date and time that you need to reserve a room and hit the Search bar. You will be given all available options for the day and time provided. If there is no availability, you may be shown availability for a different time or day. (If no rooms are available, and you need a room to accommodate fewer than 8 people, you can check room availability at the Maker Lab in the Hobart Building by clicking here.) Once your reservation has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation generally within 24 hours during the week.
Please be aware:
- Online reservations cannot be made the same day.
- The Study Room can be reserved the same day by calling the library to be added to the meeting room schedule.
- Meeting Rooms require at least a 24 hour approval period to confirm that the meeting conforms to our Meeting Room Policy.
- Reservations made on weekends after the library closes on Friday will not be approved until Monday. If your reservation is before then, please call the library to confirm availability and to be added to our room schedule.
- Please let us know if you need to cancel your reservation. There is a link to cancel your reservation in the confirmation email, or you can contact us at the email or telephone number listed below.
If you need to place multiple room reservations at once (for instance, if you're a tutor that needs the Study Room on a weekly basis), you can follow this link. Select the location you would like to book a room at, and the capacity you need to accomodate. Select all the days and times you want, and then click CONTINUE to finalize your bookings.
